Before the party: inflation
No pump is included with the balloon options. You can use your own balloon pump to fill WagBalloons with air. Air-filled balloons do not float. Helium is recommended for a floating effect; helium and inflation services are not included. These are decorative balloons, with no powered or self-walking function.
