I have plantar fasciitis and this has help a great deal. It took a few days to feel it and I suggest using it more than I do now. It's a time thing for me but works really well. I purchased insoles that were helping but stopped at a certain point. This works better than the exercises on the steps and wall. This also has holding straps all the way down so there are a bunch of different lengths if you choose. Worthy every penny.
This thing was a real game changer for me. I could not run more than a mile without my calfs locking up. I tie it around my office chair using a carabiner (purchased separately) to stretch for long periods of time. I can run again with no problems.
If I knew about this 5+years ago, I wouldn't have bought endless insoles and silicone moulds for my feet, or had to endure painful feet, tight calves and even shooting pains up the leg.Been using for a week now and I noticed the difference immediately. There was a bit of discomfort at first but it gradually disappeared as you relax and stretch again. It's early days but I can feel my legs, feet, hips and back all realigning. Happy days.
This amazing product was approved by my podiatrist and physiotherapist.I suffer from planar fasciitis and this is a lifesaver.the great thing about it is that you can use it for 1 to 2 min in the morning as you wake up, at night before you go to bed or even while watching tv!It’s very versatile and helps everyone despite of having any foot issues.
I bought the 2-pack and I'm so glad I did - one for each foot, as I have issues with both my feet/ankles. Someone wrote that this was big enough for Shaq's foot. I doubt that, but it is made so that it's big enough for a larger man's foot. The only thing that could be improved is not that part, but maybe the Velcro straps. I'm a 'woman's size 9 and though not a small woman, I do have to wrap the straps quite a bit around my ankle and foot areas.I've seen these straps but thought that what I already had was good enough. I have many PT tools to assist me with reducing and/or eliminating the plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendonitis. And some have helped. But lately, the Achilles area from the base and a little up the ankle area often throbs in pain. I got these Stretchers earlier this week and have only used them twice. Yesterday was the FIRST day I didn't recall having any throbbing Achilles pain. Praise God!There are no instructions included in the packaging, so I figured I would need to go to YouTube or something like that. No big deal. That was a complaint someone else had that they were unwilling to download whatever the manual is. I didn't get that piece of paper or whatever to tell me to do this, but I can't imagine they would be super hard to use.Anyway, I'm able to use them not just for my feet/ankles, but helping me do IT band stretches. They are well-made minus the Velcro thing not as good as I'd like. Hopefully as I continue to do my PT stuff, the Achilles Tendonitis and Plantar Fasciitis will be completely eliminated and this will be a tool to help me. I'll update at a later point in time.
